Service Description
Aureon provides a service that automates customer-support communications through WhatsApp. The service may receive, process, and respond to messages in order to assist with enquiries and support requests.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and avoid sending unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorised content. Users must not attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or related systems.
WhatsApp and Third-Party Services
The service relies on WhatsApp and other technical service providers. Use of those platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and policies. Aureon does not control the availability or operation of independent third-party platforms.
Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Access may be limited, suspended, or interrupted for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or operational reasons.
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy. Requests concerning personal information may be sent to davide_city@hotmail.com.
Intellectual Property
The service, website, design, text, software, and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users. Users retain responsibility for content they submit through the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranties are made regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aureon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service or an independent third-party platform.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when these terms are breached, when misuse or security risks are identified, or when required by law. Users may stop using the service at any time.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
